Good overall with room to improve - Anonymous employee Freshii Employee Review

At times it can get very labour intensive, especially since most shifts I've had had a maximum of 2-3 staff on the floor during intensive times. For example, we'd have 2 large catering orders and 3 juice cleanses on top of our regular closing duties while needing to attend to a rush of guests. I found most of the staff to be young (recent high school grads) and for some this was their first job. There were moments were the manager should've been more commanding rather than expect these employees to work efficiently on their own. Countless times, I saw tasks ignored or mismanaged simply because of employee unawareness or weak interpersonal skills.
