When given ideas for improving the working conditions they ignore you/ fire you. “Downsizing” is rampant and the ceo and inner circle are so self serving and narcissistic they still believe this model of business will be successful. CEO only cares about his image, and his inner circle are willing to sacrifice any morals or values to help him achieve celebrity status.
