Pros

Interesting building, including homeless people, rodents, and building violations. Interesting product lines, models, and occasional social events.

Cons

Job security is a big question. Salary employee's starting time is enforced to the second - HR watches the door No expectation of "vacation" or end of day 9am -6pm+ are the standard working hours, your expectation is to be in the office earlier and stay later If you have a problem you're pretty much on your own to figure it out or fix it (computer, process, system, etc)

Pros

Opportunities to expand past core job requirements, enthusiastic colleagues, all employees encouraged to share feedback with management, access to some of the best third party tools and partners in the business, frequent social happy hours, respected in b2b intimate apparel space.

Cons

If fast pace and constantly changing start-up environment is not for you, you will not enjoy Freshpair. No 401k match, older building with communal sink and bathroom. Working in online, ecomm and digital usually requires an "always on" attitude so if you don't like checking emails occasionally over the weekend this is not a good place for you.

Pros

The company is very stable, so working with Freshpair almost guarantees a long-term work. Also, the COO is very pragmatic and relatable, he approaches issue resolution with logic, and practicality.

Cons

Career growth is rather slow.
