      As a growing company, employees have the opportunities to bring new ideas to the table and see them come to life. Upper management has an open door policy, where you feel supported and appreciated.

      None for me - I enjoy showing up for work every day.

      Pros

      There are some amazingly kind people who work here and will have your back.

      Cons

      This place is a mess. People are constantly putting in their 2 weeks, executives have no idea what is going on. They refuse to hire a real creative director. Everyone is underpaid.
