      Pros

      The company offers internships and summer employment for college/high school students. The pay is on par with what their "real" employees make, and for a factory/hourly job the pay is not bad.

      Cons

      The work is very monotonous and while it's only temporary for a student, it's a bit disheartening to see older people (specifically POC) work their butts off to provide for their families - but I suppose that's the blue-collared/working class life.

      Great Atmosphere, solid co-workers, and decent pay

      Pros

      Stable company with broad global reach. Front office jobs not demanding, hybrid schedules and low expectations lead most to be 30-35 hr weeks.

      Cons

      At first this looks like a positive: you’ll notice that many employees have tenures of 15,20, 30 years. But that leads to a lot of group think and insular behaviors. They actually have a common statement among employees - “you’re not a Freudenberger unless you’ve been here 10 years.” Not exactly a welcoming statement to new employees. If you’d like to have your input and thoughts ignored for a decade, this is the place for you. Convinced they have great technologies, but in market terms, average technology at best. Horrific infighting between divisions. Management meetings resemble Klukluxclan meetings in terms of diversity. Pay scales below market, 401k match very weak
