Over-sold and under-paid - Project Manager and Lead Back-end Developer FriendNGo Employee Review

My colleagues and me always asked to ourselves but we did not find any advantages in this company...

I worked for this company for few months and I can officially say that it is the worst management I have never seen. Employees are just tools used to bring money to the CEO and investors, nothing else. It is a very small Start-Up which has lot of difficulties but directors are not openminded at all to ask help, advices and improve the team efficience. They think know everything concerning every topic... The company is obviously sinking and I definitively do not recommend to join it.

None I can think of.

- Leadership team not good - Work environment is not good - Work/Life balance + flexibility which you can not appreciate.
