Friends outside - Case Manager Friends Outside Employee Review

I enjoyed my time with Friends Outside as I was able to take care of my family and work. I supervised two other staff members and the work environment was good. My supervisor was available to answer my questions/concerns. Enjoyed helping family of individual incarcerated.

It was a part time position and no room for growth

Helping inmates and facilitating classes.

Worked to institutions. One of them was really difficult to set up classes that were required of me to do. Friends Outside didn't understand that the prison staff were not helping me.
