Decent part-time job for students - Server Frog Commissary Employee Review

The job was great. It was enjoyable to see all of the events we put together unfold. The guests were usually nice, enjoyable and respectful to the venue as well as the staff. Management was great and opportunities were plentiful.

Events often ended late and we'd still have to stay and break down after events.

I enjoy the schedule flexibility and ownership of my responsibilities. In many cases you will have the opportunity to cross-train in all the supporting retail positions, so its helpful if you want gain exposure to catering, cooking, housekeeping and all other support positions.

The only downsides to this company are there is little room for growth. Responsibilities seems to increase overtime but retail employees all stay on the same playing field, regardless of effort put forth.
