      Pros

      Really positive team, everyone is nice to each other, travel to events has been a lot of fun. Topics the company covers are really important. It's great to be surrounded but really good writers and Steve who is an incredible editor VERY happy to an ACTUAL commitment to diversity, with women and POC is important positions and well supported

      Cons

      Company is growing very fast, which is mostly a good thing but we have to spend a lot of time documenting our practices, sometimes coming up with our own way to track things

      Pros

      Onboarding process was very clear with a timeline and goals, as well as a sweet welcome gift with branded merchandise. Communication with the team is good so far, remote tools are well thought out. Not sure about development opportunities and promotions yet but commission structure is clear at least. Benefits are suprisingly generous.

      Cons

      Remote only has pros and cons, there are no other team members within 100 miles, and not sure if there are any retreats or gatherings planned. Customer response system is kind of complicated and over engineered.

      Pros

      In my first six months I have had a chance to work on several large scale projects that are actually being built in both LATAM and EMEA. Both public sector and private as well as infrastructure. Compensation is very competitive and the projects are well-organized with good implementation partners who don't create tons of needless work.

      Cons

      Time zone issues and evening zoom meetings with Europe/ME can be a challenge.
