Pros

Lots of great people, easy work schedule, decent benefits, good amount of time off, good office equipment (not "cutting edge" but perfectly fine), great CEO

Cons

Management-heavy, lack of clear communication between management and employees, religious undertones (questionable hirings & firings, appear to be religiously based or at least influenced), wastes a lot of money on poor ideas (tend to be "pet projects" of top management), poorly built products ("get it done fast" seems to be more important than "get it done right"), questionable business practices (see "behavioral targeting", or general internet user tracking), managers hired tend to be friends with little experience, managers little to no blame of team failures. The CEO (Zach Britton) is a great guy but has not been as connected to FP as he used to be - tends to be out of the loop.

Pros

100% Employer Paid Insurance Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) for the entire family of the employee. Flexible work hours, most teams have core hours 9-3 these are the hours you are expected to be working, in other words you have to be in the office / online by 9 am and the earliest you can clock out is 3 pm. Also the work a 9/80 schedule. This means they work 9 hours a day MON through THURS and on FRI the work 8 hours one week and take it off the next. This means you get a 3 day week end every other week. They have casual dress code. Fun team building outings. Training budget. Very Family friendly and focused. Employee's are valued and treated as family. The company are very involved in community outreach and support programs.

Cons

Location could be seen as a con if you are used to city companies, well they are like a start-up but located in the sierra foothills hours from silicon valley. Wages or salary might be slightly lower than expected but again that's location. Very conservative company socially, fiscally, and politically. Conflict resolution is not handled in a positive manner.
