Waste of time unless you are in management or corporate - Residential Tech Frontier Health Employee Review

LOW PAY, Bad management. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Corporate has no idea what goes on in group homes or how much work you really do. Bonuses and the extremely rare raise is a joke. No advancement opportunities unless you "have a friend" or are married to someone already in a higher place in the company, otherwise you can work there 20 years in the same position making no more (actually less) than a new hire.
