Terrible Work Environment - Anonymous employee Frontier Label Employee Review

Frontier Label Label has great benefits for their employees! We are given the opportunity to give back to different ministries and organizations - such a great benefit. Everyone is held to a high standard to ensure our customers are receiving an excellent product. When there are issues, we are able to work together as a team (the company as a whole) to find the best solution to meet the need. You have to have a growth mindset to fully benefit from working at Frontier! If you are employed at Frontier, you are part of the culture and have the ability to help the culture be positive or negative.

Frontier Label is always growing and changing, so sometimes communication can be lost. However, that is not a big con since we are always welcome to ask questions and seek out more information. No company is perfect, and each employee has the ability to help Frontier Label change and grow.

Company has very competitive pay and outstanding benefits, plus perks like free gym access and a massage chair. 401k match is incredible. You get very generous time off, including paid time for evangelical mission work. Frontier donates SIGNIFICANT amounts of their profits to evangelical nonprofits, and you get to choose where a % of those donations go. They really care about finding the right people who will positively impact and protect the culture. They give a lot of real-time feedback and promote an atmosphere of radical truth and transparency. You are cared about as a person and your feedback is heard and considered when you have ideas for the company.

Frontier has very high standards for excellence and protects those standards so be prepared to work hard and pursue personal growth. I don't think that's a con, but those who are unwilling to push themselves for growth or just want to be rewarded/promoted for tenure will be bitter and unhappy in the long run. People who can't handle honest feedback can easily get offended.
