      Pros

      It was a tight knit community and the care staff knew each resident. Therefor they knew how to care for each resident.

      Cons

      People were confused as to why they were there, because they have memory problems, so I felt they didn’t bridge the gap between being at home, to being stuck in a facility looking for their family.

      Decent benefits if you’re single and a director.

      They’re only interested in try bottom dollar. They don’t care about employees or residents.
