*Staff is mostly Punjabi/Indians with creepy behaviour (not all of them )
* Good until you need HR.
* Fine, as long as you never complain.
* Nothing that outweighs the cons.
* Salary comes at a cost.
* You’ll fit in if you stay silent.
Cons
Harassing work environment. If you’re a woman, think twice before joining. Repeated inappropriate behaviour by managers is tolerated, while employees who report it can end up being blamed instead. HR appears more interested in protecting management than protecting employees. Expect pressure during the exit process and don’t assume evidence will matter. The people responsible stay, while those who speak up pay the price.
