Pros
Most people are great to work with. Feels like a family and very supportive. Good retirement benefit.
Cons
The CEO Sue is a poor communicator. She is also one who expects people to drop everything when she has a request and work all hours to get it done. Other leadership are supportive and communicative. Pay is pretty poor. Staff are completely overworked and if something goes wrong they look like they are not performing well. The only way to keep on top of the workload is to work most evenings too.
