I developed a presentation on my own initiative to help bridge the communication gap between the data management center and the external collaborators in the broader clinical trial network, and to bring visibility and foster understanding of all the work done on the back end of the clinical trials, creating a smoother and more respectful development process. Leadership not only supported the idea but made it an official project. It’s worth noting, leadership vision does set the tone here and is closely followed throughout the organization, so prospective employees should feel aligned with the direction leadership sets.
