Pros
- recall days very interesting - you’re pushed to a limit so you do learn a lot about resilience - extremely hard which does prepare you for future. After completing my ASYE i had a lot of transferable skills to other rolls
Cons
- micro managed but unsupported - people would regularly be in tears due to stress but felt uncomfortable speaking to managers and personal tutor as they were not supportive - no work life balance at all,
