      Pros

      Diverse, good coworkers, great customers, and good coffee.

      Cons

      The biggest downside to working at Frothy is the management or lack thereof. Clear lack of communication, rampant favoritism, fraternizing, lack of training, and unfair expectations. Very stressful if you are not a favorite, a superiority complex among higher-ups, wouldn't recommend working here if you aren't already friends with a manager or directly related to them.

      Nothing out of the ordinary for the Hospitality industry as a whole: Long days, sometimes short-staffed, both mostly around holidays
