      Great atmosphere with flexible hours. Able to work with kids of all ages instructing them on all aspects of baseball from tee ball to proball.

      Cons

      Establish better relationships in the community and with professional baseball players. Establish a better key contact sheet perticularly with the college coaches.

      Pros

      Fun work environment, coworkers were cool.

      Cons

      Poor AC conditions, there were lots of scheduling conflicts, no support from management. Management was also micromanaging at times. They weren’t good bosses and focused on things that didn’t really matter.
