Pros

They understand the importance of your personal/family life and help to create/sustain that balance. Everyone is so willing to help wherever they can and play to their strengths. They encourage ownership of your role and how you can shape it into what you want alongside what the company needs.

Cons

Not a lot of planned opportunities for remote activities for team bonding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Fruition on Glassdoor. We’re thrilled to hear that you appreciate our dedication to maintaining a healthy work/life balance and encouraging role ownership. It's our goal to create a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to shape their roles and contribute their strengths to the team. Your feedback on the pros of working at Fruition is incredibly encouraging, and it’s wonderful to know that our efforts to support personal and family life, as well as fostering a collaborative and helpful community, are making a positive impact. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the lack of planned opportunities for remote activities for team bonding. We recognize the importance of such activities in building a strong, cohesive team, especially in a remote work setting. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it genuinely means a lot to us. Hearing that the team culture feels supportive and that you had real opportunities to grow, try new things, and work with great clients is exactly what we strive for, so this is wonderful to read. You're right that agency life comes with a fast pace and competing priorities — that's part of the nature of the work. We appreciate you framing it the way you did, and we take seriously the responsibility of making sure that environment feels energizing rather than overwhelming. Your advice is well taken. Giving teams adequate time to adapt as we roll out new tools and processes, and continuing to invest in career growth and advancement, are priorities we're committed to. Feedback like yours — both the kind words and the constructive guidance — helps us stay accountable to that. We're grateful for everything you contributed during your time here. If you ever want to reconnect or share additional thoughts, please don't hesitate to reach out. You're always welcome. Jim Collins 720 593-6531

Pros

I worked at Fruition for many years, and have experienced so much growth! The marketing team is composed of amazing individuals who care about you both personally and professionally. I'm thankful to have worked on some really cool clients, been able to build a ton of internal tools and processes, and grow across multiple skillsets (leadership, presentation, strategy, and channel-specific marketing). I'm grateful for my time here!

Cons

It's a fast-paced environment so you'll need to wear many hats. While this supercharges your career growth and is part of the reason I've learned so much here, it can lead to burnout without the right support in place.

We're incredibly grateful for the significant contributions you made during your time with us, and it's wonderful to hear that you experienced substantial professional growth and flourished in your career here. Your feedback about our marketing team resonates deeply - they truly are amazing individuals who care about both personal and professional development. We're proud that you had the opportunity to work with cool clients, build internal tools and processes, and expand your skillsets in leadership, presentation, and strategy. Watching team members grow in these ways is one of our greatest rewards as an organization. We appreciate your constructive feedback about our fast-paced environment and the need for additional structural support. You're absolutely right that while wearing many hats can accelerate career growth, it's crucial to have the right support systems in place to prevent burnout.
