Pros
Healthy work-life balance, working excessive hours is not an expectation. Coworkers are generally friendly, willing to work together while making the day enjoyable. Fast-moving environment with many opportunities to improve design and product.
Cons
Salary is competitive, but sub-par benefits make net salary below competitive rates. Promotions are difficult to come by in some instances. General feeling amongst employees that annual raises are sub-par. In some cases, management seems to lack familiarity of important parts of the business. Physical work environment well overdue for some upgrades.
