the only thing that awaits the worker that put his time in is a good pay check vs. bad knees. After a period of time the knees and legs of their workers starts bending as a result the awkward awkward duties required. the solution is simple , better equipment and more modern production technology so the worker has a shot at retirement with out the issues many of them face, but if they got better equipment would they create as many jobs/ hmm...
