Lack of diversity, no women and practically no people work here Lots of "guy talk" Little to no organization Quick to hire and fire 50+ hour work weeks

Swelled compensation to retain empoyees.

This is possibly the worst group of individuals I've ever had to work with. There is zero skill level at this company. They hire and fire at will without reason. I resigned and retaliation was their first action. This company does not know what they are doing and made a joke of on most jobsites. Do not apply here because you will regret the choice.
