Pros
Great staff, most people very approachable and atmosphere is great most of the time. Working matches is always a bonus, if you’re into football.
Cons
They use the “work in football” pro against staff by not having structured appraisals or pay reviews. Some of the management also seem to want to play the blame game and not take responsibility when things might go wrong.
