      Pros

      I love working here at Fullerton Financial. What they say is true, if you like the people you work with, then that makes a big difference. The atmosphere is positive and I have gotten to know some really great people. The job itself is always challenging which means I am always learning and never bored. This business is growing and it is growing quickly. Great job security.

      Cons

      No job is perfect. There are tiffs here and there but we are only human.

      Pros

      Great work environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone works together as a team starting at the top. Weekly meetings with encouragement for the week ahead. Always working to make things better. Owners are great to work with and very encouraging to the staff. They have caring hearts not only for the staff but for the clients as well.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any. Great place to be.
