Pros
Fullscope has a very involved management team that interacts well with the employees. They ensure that this is contact that can be called anytime you run into an issue in the field. They are employee centered and ensure employees are happy at work.
Cons
Bonus structure did not pay out very well based on hours worked. Flat rate per quarter and then % of pay at year end was not as good as other partner programs.
