Onboarding training: My onboarding experience was fantastic. the structured training materials and clear instructions made my translation into my role smooth and efficient. Career development: After one year, the company provides the training opportunities to further develop my skillset and support my professional growth. Performance reviews process: Like many companies, we align annual goals with our line managers at beginning of year, have a mid year review, and receive a final performance assessment at year- end. Strong performance is rewarded with a bonus in the following year-fair and motivating ! no pain, no gain. Work Environment :The BCN office feels like family.
