lease think twice before stepping into such an environment - Android Developer FunPrime Technology Employee Review

Pros

You will be mentally unstable.

Cons

If you're a developer or IT professional considering this company, my sincere advice is: do not join. There is no proper planning, structure, or model to follow. They expect complex, fully functional applications to be built within 4–5 days without realistic timelines or proper requirements. Instead of offering support, they rely heavily on micromanagement and pressure tactics, often bordering on psychological manipulation. They lure developers with a high salary offer, but once you're in, you may be forced to work on explicit or unethical content. If you decline or raise concerns, you're threatened with termination or face daily mental stress. The work culture is entirely toxic, with no respect for personal boundaries, mental health, or professional integrity. There is zero support, extreme micromanagement, and you're expected to be available 24/7. This place will burn you out and break you. Please think twice before stepping into such an environment. Your mental well-being is not worth sacrificing for a paycheck.

Pros

The office looks nice. Some colleagues were friendly, but the work culture is toxic.

Cons

Fake reviews: The positive reviews are clearly manipulated. All the reviews come in clusters on the same days, and they all sound too similar. It’s obvious they’re trying to make themselves look better than they really are. No job security: They hire people, but then fire them just as quickly. I joined after leaving a good job, and within just 2 months, I was let go. This happened to over 20 people during my time there. No Saturdays off: They expect you to work on Saturdays, even though they claim to offer a work-life balance. It’s not true—your weekends are not your own. Stressful environment: The workload is way too much, and they give you tight deadlines with little to no support. You’re constantly under pressure, and the stress can really add up. Poor communication: There’s no clear plan, and you’re often left in the dark about what’s going on. You’ll get little to no feedback, and there’s no clear path for career growth. Toxic culture: The work culture is all about micromanaging and unrealistic expectations. It’s hard to stay motivated in such a negative environment.
