      the only pro is that they have a fair salary

      Cons

      Though the expectation is for you to be the GM, they also want you to be their plumber, electrician, marketing guy & everything really. Never give a hand when needed but will be the first to complain when things go wrong. Fake people in every role starting from owner down to team members
