      Pros

      Function is a great place to work. It's mostly engineers. Most of them are engaged in their work and are bright people. The company expects you to work hard but is fair and flexible in return. The company offers unique benefits and takes care of it's people. The projects are interesting.

      Cons

      A very flat structure so promotions are limited. Offices are small.

      Pros

      -you work with extremely smart, dedicated, helpful, and kind people -get to work on a lot of different types of projects -excellent work/life balance, flexibility, benefits -you will learn a ton

      Cons

      -pay is lower than at other places -not really a con, but small office size means you will have to interact with your coworkers as people!

      Pros

      Knowledgeable people, high standards, flexibility with work and location, lots of learning opportunities, interesting clients, wide variety of project types, some fun perks, lack of office politics.

      Cons

      For the most part there are not too many items to list as a downside--the benefits are not as extensive as at a large company or corporation.
