Pros
Great location in the city. They buy liquor every Friday for the office . The "conference room" has a ping pong table that you can play at any time (well, during certain hrs). They'll probably buy lunch for the office once in a blue moon. Team leaders force there team to write the "good" reviews. The pay is only 15/hr and the commission isn't really commission. You have to sell a certain amount before you even get the commission. Your team leader and CEO are the ones that actually get the commission. Do your research, don't let the fake good reviews fool you.
Cons
No benefits. High turnover rate. Management sleeps with each other so there's some hostility. The CEO, Oleg, doesn't speak to anyone because he will have a manager fire within a couple months. No room for growth. Management shows favoritism. You literally have to make at least 500 cold calls or they will fire you. They list the same job but name it differently to make it seem there are others positions.
