      In theory, you can make a lot of money. The people are great The work is extremely easy

      1. Management -dysfunctional -sets unrealistic expectations -doesn't believe in data -no marketing strategy 2. The training program is a waste of time. 3. No benefits 4. No paid days off 5. No advancement opportunities

      Nothing at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

      Cons

      Misogynistic company with horrible management, long hours, bad pay/commission structure, and just an overall unprofessional and pitiful work environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
