Pros
Great team - emphatetic and diverse. The work is remote and allows a lot of fleixibility. As its a medium size company it is possible to scale the career and try new things faster than in big corporates schemes.
Cons
The company is scaling fast so some processes are still messy and under improvement with a lot of workload that might lead to burnouts. Sometimes there is some ambiguity, so employess have to learn how to act without knowing all of the details and ¨learning by doing¨. Salary raise considerations/ processes are rather slow.
