Despite the emphasis on fun and excitement, management cultivates quite a negative environment- mistakes are heavily emphasised and there’s always the feeling of never doing enough. Workdays are long and stressful, with employees picking up the strain of chronic understaffing and lack of planning ahead by management. Successes are very rarely celebrated. Good pay and hours if you can handle an emotionally exhausting and negative workplace.
