Well, if somebody ask me what is an effective work environment, then I would definitely give my company example Funlabtech. Here It's been 6 months I am working with this organization but till now I never felt demotivated. I got an amazing team, supportive leaders and cooperative managers. This is complete pacakge of management. Each and every day I learn something new which helps my working process as well.
Cons
Sometimes due to miss communication it would be difficult for me to analysis situation but then at same time my super exciting team always there to sort every issue in positive manner
