Pros
-The management genuinely cares about employee well-being and as required, encourages employees to explore the operations of the company in depth which I felt was great for understanding the functioning of the travel industry.
-The workload may increase once in a while yet the management religiously followed the Office Engagement Activities calendar which I found interesting and well-suited to a startup environment.
-Mentors are well-equipped with industry knowledge and went out of their way to introduce new and relevant information for my personal and professional growth.
-Living true to their sector, they encourage employees to lead trips and vacations in their destination portfolio
- Overall, work culture is great and there is so much to learn!
