      Pros

      Everyone is accepted and employable.

      Cons

      Can't make a living with their hourly wage, No bonuses, no overtime, not organized, no advancement opportunities, no 401k, bees are a major problems, no safety precautions, no good management. Raised are nonexistent.

      Pros

      The candy smells nice unless they are doing chocolate which I don't personally like. Coworkers are supportive, helpful and caring. We always have a good time. My day is fast paced, filled with tasks and a lot of warehouse work.

      Cons

      Pay is not enough. No PTO. No benefits. Very poor organization when it comes to management. The workplace is chaotic.
