Expect to work at least 60 hours weekly! Most employees are workaholics, and the rest are forced to work like them! Because if you don't, they will look at you like you don't value your job and that you're lazy! They will discriminate against you, and you won't get a year-end bonus!

Work is remote, but despite that, my work-life balance was pretty terrible because management's demands were so unrealistic. If you're looking for a company to work for, you should definitely avoid Fusion Analytics.

Working for Fusion Analytics has been such a frustrating experience! The job is stressful, with an overwhelming workload! complicated tasks, and nonexistent support. Management doesn't care about employees' time and boundaries as well, and often calls for meetings at the end of the day, leading to us staying at work longer than expected, and they don't even bother compensating us for our time.
