Pros
When you have a good manager who supports you then you can go far, however if your manager is incompetent then expect to be left at the door.
Cons
This company is known to chew you up and spit you back out. They expect you to give all your time, effort, and work as if you have no life outside of the office. And when you do, you don’t get recognized for all the dedication you gave the company. Instead you’re told that you’re not working hard enough, fast enough and eventually you’ll have enough and get burned out.
