      Pros

      Great new Wellington office whereas a lot of other businesses are reducing spend on premises or not having any at all Enjoying having our "in office" team days to ensure we are connecting while also enjoying hybrid working My onboarding experience was amazing and this has continued with the support I have received by my team mates and manager in my role Enjoy the variety of work and clients

      Cons

      This is not a "con" more a challenge that relates to all employers. We have had a lot of new people start which is great but with hybrid working and/or working on a client site it can take a while before you get to meet and know the new people Growth is great but need to ensure our systems and processes can support this growth - there have been some "growing pains"
