Cons
The only opportunity for improvement would be a 401K match. I do feel that the annual salary offered is near the top of market value for my role and I am very satisfied with the compensation package as a whole. I am confident that the growth being achieved year over year will make it possible for a match program to be implemented at some point in the next 2-3 years.
