They did not compensate for great performance. I was there for over 3 1/2 years and never received a single face to face performance review from any of the leadership team. The 1 performance review that I did receive was so generic that you could tell that the manager was just filling in the box to meet a past due deadline. if you are looking for a job with growth potential this is absolutely not the company to work for. This is a dead end for folks that want to grow or expand their leadership skills.
