- Just like other small businesses, FUTRNED has to compete in a harsh environment for government contracts so employees may need to adapt to the same circumstance to meet high expectations from clients. - You will be working mostly at client-site instead of directly with the HQ, thus less opportunities to directly communicate with the company and management.
