      Over worked, under paid, it will be said that the company does no wrong, however, very high turnover of staff. Appreciate your mental health and don't work here.

      Cons

      Not enough therapists are given the opportunity to experience paediatrics or private practice, it’s so different to the NHS and many leave early on because of this but if you’re willing to put in the work and learn your stuff, you won’t regret it.
