Pros
I've met smart, talented hard working people there. The client work be interesting.
Cons
Big egos, disorganised, often working in silos, no real culture except for the "eat or be eaten" mentality. Very hard for juniors, little to no mentoring or guidance. Lack of method and organisation on projects. Creatives aren't included in most of the planning or client work except when it comes to finishing late.
