Futureshirts is a pen and honest work environment that supports input and ideas from all levels of the organization. There are growth opportunities for those that work hard and work with management to create career growth. The company has big ambitions and is putting the systems and processes in place to hit those. Open and creative office environment with a community feel. I left to pursue other opportunities and remain a huge fan of the teams, management, and clients of the organization.

Futureshirts is still a mid-sized organization and like other organizations of its size, can sometimes lack growth opportunities for those that need a direct and predictable vertical path to growth.
