Pros

The pay is amazing, higher then others.

Cons

As a contractor you don't get paid time and a half, they pay you the standard rate. Scam artists never again.

Pros

I was hired with Futurewave Systems as a contractor working with a prominent Payroll and Comprehensive Benefits company. From the very first contact to my being offered a full-time position with this same employer, each of the recruiters I worked with were very helpful every step of the way. The hiring process was very smooth. Each person was professional at every point in the process. I give them full credit for assisting me in my career transition and for that I am grateful!.Thank you so much Kelli, Shelby and Brooke!

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about my experience with Futurewave Systems.

Pros

Futurewave Systems is a great company to work for. They offer one of the best benefits programs, an excellent paid vacation plan, remote work (which means no driving in horrible Atlanta traffic), and a laid-back working environment. All employees are hard-working and dedicated individuals, driven to enhance the success of the company - which establishes an amazing team to work with. Company meetings are held occasionally and are always fun AND productive - with great food! Management provides you with all the tools you could possibly need to succeed, and then some.

Cons

The only difficulty in working from home is the obvious: separating your work life and your personal life as well as being able to work without other people in your immediate environment. These aren't necessarily bad things, just things you should think about when taking a remote position.
