Extremely poor management culture and unhealthy work environment. • Heavy micromanagement at multiple levels, while project management itself remains highly unorganized. • Employees are expected to stay mentally available for work even after office hours, on weekends, and after reaching home, leading to very poor work-life balance. • Overtime work is common, but employees are not compensated for extra hours. • Very limited growth opportunities in terms of promotions, role changes, or salary hikes. Employees can remain in the same position for years without meaningful progression. • Upper management is highly ego-driven and often takes professional disagreements personally, which can create a targeted and uncomfortable work environment. • Workplace hygiene is also a concern, including cleanliness and pest-related issues in common areas like the kitchen. Overall, not a healthy environment for long-term professional growth or work-life balance.
