      good salaries and some other benefits like free lunch

      Cons

      Terrible culture, top management is dishonest and has no interest in employees. The CEO is a narcissist. He thinks that he is the source of all good and everyone else is to blamed for any failures. The only way for anyone on the top management to stay here is for the good pay and they have to give up all self respect.
