Pros
- It pays to be loyal to Fyffes, they certainly reward hard work over the years with much higher salaries - Staff and managment are friendly, approachable and supportive and highly knowledgable with many years of experience collectively between them - A very diverse and inclusive business which engages with people all over the world.
Cons
- Starting salary is often low - Communication within the company is its greatest weakness - Difficult to gain recognition, tranining and further opportunities - Very old school in how it operates including its IT systems
